This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights ("LOPDGDD").

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by VeltrionLogic ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of VeltrionLogic.
2.2 Services Description
VeltrionLogic provides software development services, including but not limited to custom web development, API architecture, cloud infrastructure, security auditing, UI/UX design, database optimization, mobile application development, CI/CD automation, code review, performance optimization, technical consulting, and maintenance retainers. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements.
2.3 Client Obligations
The client agrees to:
- ▸Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
- ▸Designate an authorised representative for project communications and approvals.
- ▸Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes.
- ▸Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of delivered products.
- ▸Make payments in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
2.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all fees, the client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use all custom-developed deliverables. VeltrionLogic retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, libraries, and tools used in the creation of deliverables. VeltrionLogic may use anonymised, non-identifiable aspects of completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client explicitly objects in writing.
2.5 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued as per the payment schedule defined in the project agreement. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments accrue interest at the rate of 0.05% per day on the outstanding amount. VeltrionLogic reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are more than 7 days overdue.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeltrionLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to VeltrionLogic in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
2.7 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.
2.8 Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Sections 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 survive termination of these Terms.
2.9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
2.10 Amendments
VeltrionLogic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Policy
At VeltrionLogic, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services rendered. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
4.2 Pre-Project Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Prior to the commencement of work, a deposit may be refunded in full within 7 calendar days of payment, provided no work has been initiated. The commencement of work is defined as the first billable activity performed by VeltrionLogic on behalf of the client.
4.3 Milestone-Based Payments
For projects structured around milestones:
- ▸Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- ▸Milestones in progress may be refunded proportionally for undelivered work, minus any costs already incurred.
- ▸Future, unstarted milestones may be cancelled with 14 days' written notice and refunded in full.
4.4 Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The current billing period will be honoured and fulfilled. No partial-month refunds are issued. Future months will not be billed after the notice period.
4.5 Defective Deliverables
If delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in the project agreement, the client must notify VeltrionLogic in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery. VeltrionLogic will have 30 calendar days to remedy the defect at no additional cost. If the defect cannot be remedied within this timeframe, a partial or full refund will be issued at VeltrionLogic's discretion, proportionate to the undelivered value.
4.6 Change of Mind
Due to the bespoke nature of software development services, no refunds are issued for change of mind once work has commenced. Clients are encouraged to clearly define requirements during the scoping phase before project initiation.
4.7 Refund Process

- ▸Project or invoice reference number.
- ▸A detailed description of the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 calendar days of approval.
4.8 Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU where applicable. For digital content and services, the right of withdrawal may be waived once performance begins with your explicit consent and acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal.
